2. Sending the representation contract - the contract will be sent to the main applicant's email within a period of 48 to 72 hours. After signing, you will receive an email with a link to download a copy of the contract.

3. Initial deposit payment - You will receive an electronic invoice, which you can pay directly with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you wish to pay via bank transfer, the information is indicated on the invoice. If payment is in cash, please write to us at info@greatstartcanada.com

4. Welcome Email - You will receive a welcome email with the following steps.

Services provided: Great Start Canada is committed to providing you with advisory and support services in your immigration and settlement process in Canada. These services include eligibility assessment, advice on immigration programs, application preparation and submission, and any other agreed services indicated in the service contract.

Confidentiality: All personal information you provide us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We promise not to disclose, share or sell your personal information to third parties without your prior consent unless required by law.

Client Responsibilities: As a Great Start Canada client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your profile, meet established deadlines, actively participate in counselling sessions, and follow the guidelines and recommendations provided by our team. You also agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations related to your immigration and settlement process.

Great Start Canada Responsibilities: We are committed to providing you with high-quality services and assigning a dedicated advisor to your case. We will do our best to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information and respond to your inquiries promptly. However, we cannot guarantee specific results regarding the approval of immigration applications.

Payment and Refunds: Fees and payments will be agreed upon between both parties before beginning services. In the event of cancellation, the refund policies established in the service contract will apply.

Termination of Service: Both you and Great Start Canada have the right to terminate services at any time. The policies and conditions established in the service contract will apply in the event of termination.

Provide accurate and complete information about my personal profile, including personal data, educational history and work experience.

Meet the deadlines set by Great Start Canada to complete any required documentation or forms.

In the event of failure to comply with the deadlines established by Great Start Canada to complete any required documentation or forms, I am aware that Great Start Canada has the right to charge additional administrative costs.

Follow the guidelines and recommendations provided by Great Start Canada to improve my application to Immigration Canada.

Inform Great Start Canada immediately of any changes in my personal, employment, legal, health, or financial situation that may affect my application.

Use the resources and tools provided by Great Start Canada responsibly and respectfully, and do not share them with third parties without prior authorization (Clio access)

Commit to having your own and liquid financial funds from the beginning of the immigration process until entering Canada. (if apply)

Comply with invoice payments on established times. If payment is not made in a timely manner, Great Start Canada has the right to charge interest and additional administrative costs.

I understand that Great Start Canada will NOT send my application to Immigration Canada if I do not make the required payments in a timely manner when requested.

I confirm that I have the amount of liquid funds required for my immigration process through study according to the official website of the Government of Canada: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services /study-canada/study-permit/get-documents.html#doc3 (if applicable)

I am aware and accept that I must present the last 4 months of bank statements showing own and liquid funds (available) for my process through the study route (if applicable)

In the case of sending an excessive number of emails, Great Start Canada has the right to charge an additional administrative fee to respond to my requests.

Business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and the response period to my requests may take up to 72 hours.

After final review with my assigned Advisor, Great Start Canada may take up to 10 business days to submit my application to Migration Canada.
