1. Preparation of the representation contract - please complete the following form with the required information.

2. Sending the representation contract - the contract will be sent to the main applicant's email within a period of 48 to 72 hours. After signing, you will receive an email with a link to download a copy of the contract.

3. Initial deposit payment - You will receive an electronic invoice, which you can pay directly with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you wish to pay via bank transfer, the information is indicated on the invoice. If payment is in cash, please write to us at info@greatstartcanada.com

4. Welcome Email - You will receive a welcome email with the following steps.

Client Responsibilities: As a Great Start Canada client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your profile, meet established deadlines, actively participate in counselling sessions, and follow the guidelines and recommendations provided by our team. You also agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations related to your immigration and settlement process.

Great Start Canada Responsibilities: We are committed to providing you with high-quality services and assigning a dedicated advisor to your case. We will do our best to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information and respond to your inquiries promptly. However, we cannot guarantee specific results regarding the approval of immigration applications.

Payment and Refunds: Fees and payments will be agreed upon between both parties before beginning services. In the event of cancellation, the refund policies established in the service contract will apply.

Termination of Service: Both you and Great Start Canada have the right to terminate services at any time. The policies and conditions established in the service contract will apply in the event of termination.
